Based in Austria, Florian Lechner also oversees infrastructure and support for Consono including Cloud services, Openstack, Kubernetes, Docker and Ceph, and core development in Go language in close liaison with the development team in Kochi, India.

A Dynactionize ‘original’ he was one of the first people his former technology partner, Michael Brands, recruited when starting the company.

Florian graduated in 1997 from Innsbruck’s Higher Technical School (Höhere Technische Bundeslehr - und Versuchsanstalt Innsbruck) and from 1997 to 2007, operated and planned broadcast technology and IT for a radio station, as well as managing the IT support and development team for Moser Holding AG’s 1500 employees on 13 sites, including four data centres.

Florian also worked with the subscriber management systems for Telesystem Tirol until 2007, when he joined American company Digital Technology International in software development and implementation for newspaper publishing management until 2013. This included multi-site editorial management, real-time digital production, prepress management, and data centre management at sites including Madsack Media Group, the Chicago Sun Times and NZPA.
